All packages are sent USPS priority mail.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you need to return a defective item, please email us through our website. Custom orders that were pre-opproved for style, color, ect...are the customer's responsibility and are non refundable. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Once we recieve the package and check that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the total amount to you using the same form that was used for purchase. Banking delays are out of our control. The return must occur within 14 days. Please note, we can not refund the postage and you will need to pay for the return postage. If you notice that you package is damaged please contact USPS.
